Store Policy: 


Beads with B stands behind the quality of our materials and pieces, to ensure that you are happy with your purchases! All sales are FINAL, with the exception of an item that arrives damaged or that the item received was not item ordered. Should this occur, please email us so that we can address the situation on a case by case basis. Thank you for shopping with us! 


I ordered the wrong size! What should I do?

If you ordered the wrong size for any of our pieces, we are happy to resize and remake the piece for you. The re-making fee (including additional materials used) and the cost of shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and have created our detailed Size Guide to help ensure that you receive the perfect fit.

- Jewelry for resizing must be shipped out within 14 days of the delivery date, after 14 days we will no longer resize the item/s. 

- When ordering for children please keep in mind they are growing and to order the next size up. We will not remake jewelry past the 14 day period.

- We do not resize jewelry at popup events. You are able to drop them off, but they will be shipped back to you.

Size Guide:


Unsure about your size? Here’s our guide to help you find the perfect fit for all of your pieces! 


-Use a flexible measuring tape to loosely measure the area being sized. If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape, a piece of string or ribbon may also be used to wrap around the body part, then held up to a straight ruler. 


-Next, measure the area tightly. Add a half inch to this measurement, and this should be a perfect fit! We recommend the half-inch rule as a guide: if you prefer a tighter or looser fit, please add or subtract slightly more or less than a half inch! 

 

Processing Time:

-All orders are worked on in the way that they are received. 

-All items are custom/hand made, normal processing time is 3-7 business days no matter which shipping is selected at checkout.

-During high peak times, such as sales, processing time could be anywhere from 7-14 business days.

 

Shipping:

-Once a package is shipped out and not longer in our hands, we are not responsible for the shipping time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, you will need to contact the delivery carrier.

 

Giveaways:

- All giveaway merchandise/gift cards are valid on full price items. They may not be used or claimed during a sale.
